# Non-issued examples

All examples in this directory are fictional, illustrative, and **not valid certificates or signatures**. They show portable structure and one critical-control transition. The example event moves `ACTIVE` to `SUSPENDED` when an unauthorized MCP server is introduced. A production registry would publish the new status and prevent display of an unqualified active badge.

Run `python validate_examples.py` from the repository root after installing `jsonschema` to validate structure. Cryptographic signatures, assessor independence, evidence truth, and control effectiveness require separate verification.
